Before you
book the truck
The questions we get on every call — pricing, what we take, and how fast we can show up
1. HOW MUCH DOES JUNK REMOVAL COST?
Most jobs are priced by how much space your items take up in the truck, not by the hour. A single item like a couch might run you a flat minimum, while a full garage or basement clean-out is priced by the quarter, half, or full truckload. We give you a firm price on-site before anything gets loaded, so there's no surprise on the invoice.
2. WHAT ITEM CAN AND CAN'T YOU TAKE?
We take furniture, appliances, electronics, mattresses, yard waste, construction debris, and general household or office clutter. We can't legally haul hazardous materials — think paint, chemicals, asbestos, or propane tanks. If you're not sure about something, get in contact with us before your appointment and we'll tell you straight away.
3. DO I NEED TO BE THERE, AND DO YOU DO THE LIFTING?
Our crew handles all the lifting, carrying, and loading — you don't touch a thing. You do need to be on-site (or have someone authorized) to point out what's going and approve the price before we start. Once that's settled, you're free to step back and let us work.
4. WHERE DOES MY JUNK ACTUALLY GO?
Less than you'd think ends up in a landfill. We sort every load and route usable furniture and working appliances to local donation centers, scrap metal and electronics to recyclers, and only send what's truly unusable to disposal. If it can have a second life, it gets one.
5. HOW FAST CAN YOU GET SOMEONE OUT HERE?
Same-day and next-day appointments are available in most areas, and a lot of jobs get booked within a couple of hours of calling. You'll get a two-hour arrival window the day of, plus a heads-up call when the truck is on its way.
